Why are orders placed in Texas taxed?

Christine Thomas, LLC maintains an office in Texas. Our corporate offices are located in Texas, which requires us to collect sales tax on behalf of that state.


What is a backorder

  A backorder is an order placed for an item that is not currently in stock. If we are able to re-order additional merchandise from our source, we will accept your order pending the arrival of new stock. Backorder times vary, but generally are just a matter of weeks. How do I change or cancel my order?

Shipping Information

Can orders be shipped to a PO Box?

Sorry, due to the size of the items, orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box.


Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?

Sorry, we are unable to ship outside of the United States at this time.


How is furniture shipped?

Small pieces, such as a coat rack, are shipped UPS. Larger pieces are shipped using White Glove Delivery.


What is White Glove Delivery?

With White Glove Delivery, most furniture items are brought into your home, having already been uncartoned, deluxed, and assembled (if necessary).  Delivery is by appointment; our delivery service will contact you to arrange a day. Most of our large furniture pieces feature FREE White Glove Delivery.


How do I check on the status of my order?

● When I submit my credit card information online is it secure?

We at understand your concerns about the security of online transactions. Therefore, our site is equipped with the most advanced Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

We use your personal information only, for internal purposes such as confirming and tracking your order, analyzing trends and statistics, and informing you of our new products, services, offers, etc. We will not sell your information to outside companies.


Returns and Exchanges

Am I billed for shipping when I return an item?

If an item is returned due to a manufacturer’s defect, you are not billed for shipping. If an item is returned for any other reason, shipping costs are incurred for return by you.


What is your return policy?
